Visual Sexual
Harassment:
Includes pictures of naked men or women, sexual e-mails, sexually suggestive
pictures, posters, signs, cartoons, or drawings of a sexual
nature.
Severe or pervasive sexual harassment interferes with a
person's employment and is a form of sexual discrimination, which is
prohibited by Florida Law and Federal Law.
The law protects from retaliation those
who object to or oppose sexual harassment (on behalf of themselves
or on behalf of others).
